I have a secret to share.  One of the (many) reasons I got into event planning was that at some point I knew I was going to eat cake.  Lots of cake.  And most importantly, icing!  It’s truly amazing what cake artists are able to create these days.  At an industry event last week, I meet Elena & Walter from The Fine Art of Cakes based in New Jersey.  After checking out a few photos, I knew that I had to share them.  Next step is setting up a tasting, and I have a feeling that the cake will taste as good as it looks.  Who wants to tag along?  Check out the site for more info.
